The extractors offer a new, economical and production efficient system for extracting substances and active constituents from plant and other botanical materials.

The extraction cycle is normally made at room temperature and the extract obteined maintains all natural properties of the material used.
The exhaustion value of drugs is considerably higher than traditional systems as maceration and percolation.

It is possible to treat: flowers, leaves, fruits, bark, roots, buds, seeds and steams from aromatic, condiment and medicinal plants.

This advanced technology can use any type of solvent (alcohol, water, glycerine, oil, etc.)

This technology is based on the double effect of pressure/decompression and forced percolation of the plant or botanical material. The double action of the piston-pushing the solvent into the material , generates a movement of liquid in the extraction chamber and this averts any over-saturation and also the formation of preferential channels in the product.

At the and of cycle, using automatic pressure control in the extraction chamber, the product is pressed to obtain the maximum extraction.The cycle can be automatically repeated multiple times and this repetition  guarantees full and complete extraction of active constituents, especially when treating hard materials such as roots, barks and leaves.

Feeding and discharging of solvent is automatic; double washing system.

An microprocessor control guarantees a continuous control of all cycles and phases of the process; "real time" visual display showing cycle sequence and process parameters.

It's made by stainless steel AISI 316.

It is possible to use until 50 working programs for every kind of herb to extract.
